If there’s one thing I’ve learned over the years, it’s that no two people work exactly the same way. Leadership is the ability to see the strengths on your team and empower each person to deliver their best work.

I’ve managed more than a dozen writers, project managers and creatives, which means I’ve adapted my leadership style more than a dozen times. I am passionate about leading with communication, ambition, empathy and generosity. 

In 2019, I was selected to undergo a 4-month leadership training course led by an outside consultation group, “Leading Forward.” Careful when you ask me what I learned. You may never get me to shut up.
